A note from the founder
I'm a software engineer with 7+ years of experience building production systems and for the last two of them AI products end to end: LLM pipelines, crawlers, voice agents, real-time scoring systems. found is not a template with a chat window bolted on. Every layer of it, from the scan engine to the search-data pipelines to the verification checks, is engineered and tested the way backend systems at real companies are.
It exists because I lived the problem. Marketing my own products meant a rank tracker, a crawler, an ad-spy tool, an AI-visibility checker, a scheduler and a stack of open browser tabs . around $592 a month if you pay list price, plus the weekends to run it all. So I ran the whole playbook by hand for my own products first: submitted to hundreds of directories personally, pitched publishers, read competitors' ad libraries, watched what AI assistants recommend and why. Then I wrote what actually worked into software.
Two things I hold the product to and you can check both from the outside: every number on screen traces to a real source (a live page we fetched, search data we paid for, an ad that is genuinely running) and nothing gets marked done unless we verified it. When you tick a fix, found opens your page and reads it back. When a data source is down, the product says so instead of inventing a chart. If those two rules ever look broken to you, tell me. That is a bug and I fix bugs fast.
