The short version
You pay $30 a month (or $300 a year). Each cycle starts with one deep scan that becomes your complete 14-day plan, so the work a month pays for arrives at the start of the month rather than the end. That is why monthly payments are not refundable. Annual is different: cancel any time, we keep $30 for each month you started and refund the rest. You can cancel in two clicks, everything the product made for you stays yours and your access runs to the end of the paid period. We never post or submit anything on your behalf without you pressing the button.
1. What found is
found is a marketing intelligence subscription: it scans how AI assistants and search engines see your website, buys live search and advertising data about your market and produces plans, drafts and checklists for you to act on. Some one-time packs (launch video, UGC videos, directory submissions) are fulfilled by our team by hand.
2. Payments and refunds
Monthly plans deliver their work up front, so they are not refundable. Annual plans are refunded for the months you have not used.
Here is why, in plain English. When your cycle starts, found runs one deep scan of your site and your market and turns it into your complete 14-day plan on day one. The month you paid for is delivered at the start of the month, not the end. That is why a monthly payment cannot be refunded and also why you never pay blind:
- A free scan before any payment, so you see exactly what the product does with your own site first.
- Cancellation at any time, in two clicks, no email required. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Everything generated during your subscription (reports, plans, drafts) remains yours to keep.
Annual plans. Cancel any time and we refund the remainder: we keep the monthly price of $30 for each month you started and return the rest to your original payment method. Write to us through the contact page and we process it within 7 days.
One-time packs are fulfilled by hand. If work on your pack has not started yet, write to us and we refund it in full. Once fulfilment begins the pack is not refundable.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or year) until cancelled. Cancel from your account at any time; renewal stops immediately and access runs to the end of the paid period. One-time packs are delivered once and do not renew.
4. Fair use
Scans and deep reports carry allowances per billing cycle, shown in the product. Automated abuse of scan endpoints, resale of raw data feeds or scanning sites you do not own or represent may result in suspension without refund.
5. Your data and integrations
Connecting Google Search Console grants found read-only access to your search data, used solely to build your own reports. You can revoke it at any time from the product or from your Google account. We store what the product shows you: reports, plans and your marks. We do not sell your data.
6. What we do not promise
found reports what search engines, advertising libraries and AI models actually say and drafts work based on it. We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, AI-answer placement or revenue. Third-party platforms change without notice; where a data source is unavailable, the product says so on screen rather than inventing numbers.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Companaro Technologies' total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. The service is provided as-is.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Companaro Technologies is registered and disputes fall under the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with them and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
